    AMK Homestay is located in the luxurious Condominium in Ang Mo Kio Central with 8 to 10 minutes walk to Ang Mo Kio or Yio Chu Kang MRT stations and bus-interchanges. 

 

    Ang Mo Kio is located at the central area of Singapore with easy access to any places island-wide. It takes only 15 to 20 minutes by train from AMK MRT station to Orchard Road or CBD. There are more than 30 buses start from AMK bus-interchange or running around here.

 

    You can find all necessary living facilities at Ang Mo Kio town centre such as  Shopping Centres, Hawker centres, Food Courts, several Coffee Shops, 24-hour Super-market,  Cinema, Polyclinic and many private clinics.  AMK Town Garden West is a park on a small hill, it's a wonderful place to do exercise like walking or jogging in a tropical forest. Ang Mo Kio public library is located beside this condominium, it is an ideal place for you to  study or read books.

 

    Many government and private schools are located nearby or with easy access such as Nanyang Polytechnic, SMU, BCA Academy, French School, Australian International School, Curtin Singapore, SSTC, TMC, Kaplan etc.

    All the apartments in AMK Homestay are fully equipped with air-cons. Each unit has one master-bedroom (with attached bath room) and 2 to 3 common-bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, yard, 3 or 4 bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with wardrobe and parquet floor.

 

    There are Single-room, Twin-sharing room and Triple-sharing Master-room to meet different requirements. 

 

   Air-port pick-up, orientation on arrival, high-speed broadband Wi-Fi internet and routine cleaning services are included in the rental rate. Besides, we also provide full services such as guardian care, daily meals, laundry, study monitoring to junior students of young age. We will look after your child and ensure that he/she lives and grows up in a family environment.

 

    For those foreign students would like to study in Singapore, we are able to help them find a suitable school, apply student pass and register into the school.
